Spectral is provided for personal and professional productivity use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any data you store within the App. You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Sulaco Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written permission.
Any tasks, notes, or other data you create within the App remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sulaco Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sulaco Digital is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
